Recruitment processes

1. Job ads

Ads are created together with managers of particular departments so as to match the requirements of given positions.

2. Analysis of received applications

The received applications are thoroughly analysed in terms of the skills and qualifications required by the given position.

3. Initial telephone interview

One of the first steps towards future cooperation is a telephone interview conducted by the recruitment department.

4. Interview

The candidates’ abilities and experience are verified during an interview. This is when information pertaining to the candidate's demeanour and motivation is scrutinised.

5. Knowledge and skills test

Depending on the position, the candidate will face character tests, analytical thinking ability tests, language or psychometric tests.

6. Second interview

This is one of the candidate's last steps prior to commencing employment. This is usually the first opportunity to talk to a superior from a higher level.

7. Feedback

Following the choice of a candidate best suited for the demands of the given position, we will inform all recruitment participants of the outcome by telephone or e-mail.

8. Discussing employment terms

Employment terms and development opportunities are discussed together with the chosen candidate.

9. Work commencement

Employees of every department and at every organizational level can take advantage of staff training right from the outset.

Apart from local sales branches, Wielton products are sold via a world-wide dealers' network. Our products are sold in 35 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa.
